Quality Vessel Engineering was born out of love for the craft. We love to build, design, solve, create, fabricate and engineer. We are a full service facility whose foremost passion is the construction of custom vacuum chambers and pressure vessels. Because we have been around for over 50 years our passion has only grown stronger. While our main focus is still on the production of vacuum chambers and pressure vessels, we have expanded to include a variety of different types of fabrication. Project Management
We are in constant and continuous contact with you during the duration of your project to ensure your satisfaction. Even after your project is complete, we are here to help. Every customer receives an exclusive login I.D. to our unique project management system that allows them to remotely access our servers and receive up-to-date photos and project statistics and information. This technology allows you to stay updated with our team and your project from anywhere in the world.
Fabrication
As a multifaceted fabrication facility, Quality Vessel Engineering can provide its customers with anything they need. Moreover, we have the capability to machine our own parts which ensure you will receive only the finest quality equipment and parts. The machine shop will also allow us to create any part necessary for rapid replacement, which will keep your downtime to a minimum. Our facility allows us to maintain timely fabrication and keep to a prompt schedule. QVE further commits to providing its customers with timely details on all necessary fabrication information, including: tank dimensions, materials and weld finishes/procedures, material thickness, heating and cooling capabilities, and fitting and leg sizes.
Production Capabilities
QVE's extensive fabrication shop maintains multiple ASME certifications, allowing us to produce a wide variety of products for your convenience. Both of our facilities have exceptionally large manufacturing areas, which are capable of handling multiple projects, oversized projects, and your custom fabrications all at the same time. QVE finishes over 98% of our work within the scheduled time and will pledge to continue our high standards. At Quality Vessel Engineering we approach each project with a tremendous attention to detail; and by effectively working together as a team, we can ensure your demands and needs are precisely met. Maintenance
QVE also offers maintenance repairs, upgrades, and overhauls of any type of system, either on site or at our facilities. With the new addition of a larger facility, we have more than doubled our production capabilities. At QVE, we are proud that we can create a variety of products to suite your individual business needs. We offer a manufacturing facility that rivals facilities three times our size. We have the ability to fabricate chambers ranging from 12" to 20' in diameter, with lengths ranging from 1' to 80'. Our business primarily specializes in custom work that most shops cannot or will not handle, including full polishing and finishing projects. The bottom line is that Quality Vessel Engineering can make or restore anything your project requires.
Quality Control
Our rigorous quality assurance standards follow ASME procedures throughout each stage of production. At QVE, our individual precision welders are highly trained and have many years of experience. Our expertise allows you to be assured our products are of the highest quality. We not only specialize in stainless steel fabrication, we also can fabricate using many exotic alloys. This unique ability allows us to create vessels for a multitude of applications.
Detail Oriented
Our expertise and attention to detail is what allows us to stand behind everything we produce. Our welders are certified and trained in many different specialized techniques and procedures, allowing us to weld the impossible. They are Close Area and First Aid Certified allowing them to work in any condition possible.
Structural and Artistic
Recent additions to our portfolio of work include the ability to fabricate artist metalwork. We are available to make any artistic metalwork project you might need. QVE can make anything from Structural beams, roofs, pillars, columns to edgy sculptures, fountains, and corporate signs. Anything you can imagine we can build. We also provide decorative, durable and functional interior metal in a wide variety of metals, stainless steel being our key. Our possibilities are only limited by your imagination.
